Greetings from New Mexico!

I just screwed up my blog and so I am retyping the first paragraph….and I cannot remember what I wrote. I am having all sorts of problems with my blog. First of all, I just figured out that by adding video to my blog, the HTML for the video screws up my RSS feed. Go figure. So…ask me if I want cheese with my whine. Ugh!

Anyway, here is a summary of what we have today in this blog. We have the second video on Investor Mistakes. We also have a cool story about a new short-sale specialist that is taking the nation by storm. Finally…we have some interesting links. Links….I hope you enjoy…..

Student Success Story: Phil PustejovskyThere is a sense of accomplishment and purpose when you have helped someone achieve success in something. I get this sense of accomplishment when my students that I have coached achieves success in real estate investing. But there is a much larger sense of accomplishment when the person I have coached, coaches someone else to success in real estate investing. The “cherry on top” is when the student becomes a national success.This is the case with my very first student, Tom. Tom went on and became a mentor to Phil Pustejovsky (”Phil P.”) who is now considered one of the best short-sale gurus in the country. Great going Tom and Phil! I will have more to say about their short sale program in coming blogs.
